Job Creation Through Enterprise
We believe that the most effective way to reduce unemployment is to empower those with the vision, passion, and drive to build businesses. Our holistic approach combines seed capital grants with intensive mentorship, business training, and access to a pan-African network of entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
To date, we have funded over 18,500 entrepreneurs, created 1.7 million jobs, and built a community of changemakers across 37 African countries. Every dollar donated to the AOJ Foundation is an investment in Africa's future.
